2019 - A time for reflection
As 2019 comes to a close and we head into a new decade I just want to say a massive thank you to all my customers and supporters over the year.
What a year it has been with my creations being seen throughout the world at various events such as:
Weddings
* Garden parties
*Great horsing event such as Cheltenham, Royal Ascot and the Kentucky Derby.
I was lucky to have 2 customers photographed at the races and got into the Daily Mirror.
I had my first professional photo shoot, held at Pascoe House, which was such a fun day and thank you to all those who made the day a success.
In September I attended a networking event in Exeter. This was arrange for Exeter Fashion and Beauty Week. It was a lovely evening and met a lot of great people. One particular lady was Deborah, who is a local fashion blogger, who loves Karen Millen. Within 3 years of blogging she now has over 36k followers on Instagram. I was honoured that a few weeks later she had one of my fedoras and posted it on her page. Check her out on Insta @dressaholicstyle
I have also met some wonderful ladies whilst giving talks at ladies groups this year. These talks are always great fun. I normally give a 30-45 minute talk on millinery, then ladies get the opportunity to ask questions and try on my designs.
In 2020 there will be an array of new designs available. New materials will also be used to create these hats and fascinators, such as the beautiful silk abaca and various other straws.
Im excited to see what 2020 has to offer and where the All Dunn Up journey will take us.
For me I will be attending the launch party at London Hat Week and will be meeting fellow milliner, which will be great fun. Its also my husband best friends wedding in June, where he is Best Man and the boys are Page Boys, obviously I shall be wearing an All a Dunn Up headpiece!!

I’m also hoping to head to Royal Ascot. I’ve said it for the last few years but other things have always come up.
What are your plans for 2020? Do you have any special event coming up?
If so then I would love to help you find your perfect headpiece. Let me help you walk into your event feeling like a millions dollars.
