What to wear at Cheltenham Festival
THE CHELTENHAM FESTIVAL
12th -15th March 2019
With Cheltenham Festival only a few weeks away I'm sure many will be keen to look at the racers, but there will also be some keen to know what to wear.
As the festival is held in March the weather can be unpredictable, it may be a lovely Spring day or drizzly cold one. So not only do we need to look the part we also need to dress for any type of weather.
Think Country Chic, you will see a lot of tweed and winter colours such as browns, greens, blues and mustards. We are also seeing a lot of bright colours and animal prints in this years fashion, so for Ladies Day on 14th March, how about adding a pop of colour into your outfit and entering the #ColourMeMarch competition (you could win a brand new MINI).
A chunky heel is best for Cheltenham, so its best to leave your stilettos at home. Knee high boots with a block heel would be great as there is nothing worse than cold feet!!
A great hat will not only keep you warm but will also help turn other racegoers heads. Here's a few of my felt hats which would be perfect for the event.
For a regal look here's my bespoke 'Cordelia' cocktail hat.

Or how about the timeless fedora. Not only will this traditional hat be great for races but also for your everyday country style.
